CurrentManagement of overall facility in including Electro Mechanical,CCTV,HVAC,LIFT,BMS, EMS,LMS,Civil and Fire Fighting system. Preparation, implementation and following up of SOP-LOTO, ESMS, HWP, PTW, WAH, EXCAVATION, Confined Space, PPM Schedule MIS and MMR report. Addressing various complaints and issues raised by customers and resolving them to their satisfaction at the earliest possible time Vendor management and material procurement: Seeking quotations from vendors, necessary approvals for the same. Preparing format of checklist of various system. Various costs saving strategies. Responsible for Project Modification and Maintenance work. Dealing with vender for taking quotations, negotiation and approval for work & verification of billing amount as per actual. Planning and preparing indents for required engineering spares and getting them in time to reduce the down time of utilities equipments. Daily monitoring and supervision of various equipments and planning for week and operations. Gathering feedback from client on the quality of services and constantly for betterment of reports to the management. Managing & supervising the technical staff & other support staff was responsible for proper maintenance of internal & external environmental of premises. Preparation of snag lists their rectification and suggests improvements. Provided an effective and inspirational leadership to team members through regular training, motivation and performance appraisals in order to achieve established targets. Managed smooth operations of Facility.
