• Currently Working as Manager - Construction for Mall project ( Finishes & Civil). • Construction of Sample Mockup of BOH, FOH, Corridors for approval and execution of the same.• Basement finishes execution works. • Co-ordination with Architect, design team for any design change. • Co-ordinating with MEP, Façade for overall work completion.• Finalising BOQ in line with quality team, co ordinating with contracts team for vendor appointment for carrying out finishing activities on site. • Working in BIM system for all documents implementations. • Strictly adhering to quality & Safety work on site.

Handling interior finishing work of single tower.Working on wastage optimization and marble selection for 2 towers.Working on SAP, Indenting materials considering lead periods.Reviewing drawings consulting with design team & architect to close drawings related concerns.Working on BIM for documentations, Quantity estimation for indenting purpose.Handling billing work.Conducting meeting with vendor, consultant for weekly review of site progress.
