Overall lead of Advocacy and Campaign initiatives of Field Office with CSO Strengthening (SIDA) Project in multiple districts. My responsibilities include providing technical assistance to project heads, collaborating with the CO and ARO teams, and leading the execution of the SIDA-funded CSO Strengthening project in coordination with thematic and cross-thematic teams. Key roles within this position include: Taking the lead on Advocacy and Campaign efforts within the ACCM department, Manage SIDA funded projects including planning, budgeting, agreement, reporting, and MEAL, Technical assistance to province and local governments for policy endorsement, Assist to Project Managers/Directors and PDQ team for developing new project businesses, Monitor ongoing projects alongside the team to ensure their progress, Capacity building for team and partner especially in Advocacy and Campaign, Ensure proper project reporting and documentation, Support to Partnership team for organizational development of partner NGOs, Partnership management complying with donor compliances, requirements, and policies, Coordinate with provincial and local government to establish a strong organizational presence, Coordinate, collaborate & networking with CSOs, Networks, I/NGOs, and UN agencies, Assist AIN Karnali team in coms, hosting meets, & other related tasks as part of the secretariat.

I successfully completed an assigned role under USAID-funded Reducing Child, Early & Forced Marriage (R-CEFM) project jointly with JHU-CCP. The key role in this assignment is providing technical support to partner & local gov. with partnership management. Here are key highlights of my accomplishments:  Managed project budget of million in partnership with implementing partners, Ensured utilization of project resources in compliance with donor & organizational compliance. Ensured thorough planning and budgeting with a monthly phased budget for project agreements, Provided technical assistance to partner, and local & provincial gov. in CP and SBC interventions, Provided technical assistance to Local & Provincial gov. in endorsing child-centric policies, Conducted capacity needs assessments & implemented capacity-building initiatives for them. Coordinated and collaborated with CSOs, networks, I/NGOs, and UN agencies to safeguard children from abuse, exploitation, negligence, and violence.

I successfully completed an assigned role under the Save the Children Korea (SCK) funded Child Protection Project focusing on Child Labor. This was an integrated project with Education, Livelihood, and Protection components. Here are key highlights of my accomplishments: Led the project overseeing the planning, budgeting, execution & reporting developing required docs, Ensured regular financial expenditure tracking and adherence to budgetary guidelines, Managed monitoring with gov. & donors, and engaged with MEAL team for baseline & end-line, Collaborated with Province and Local government to identify policy gaps and propose solutions, Directed the team for systematic case management of children gathering evidence for advocacy, Prepared periodic project reports, information gathering for new proposals with lessons learned, Organized and facilitated training, meetings, & workshops for the team and government officials. Provided technical & managerial capacity building for partner and government stakeholders, Oversaw the day-to-day operations of the Tribeni Rolpa-based office, supervising a team.

I successfully completed an assigned role under NORAD funded integrated (Education, Child Protection and Child Right Governance) project. Here are key highlights of my accomplishments: Supported line manager in project planning and preparing a detailed implementation plan (DIP), Led the project team in implementing the project according to the DIP and phased budget, Engaged with stakeholders to advocate for and conduct campaigns promoting child rights, Monitored ongoing activities using monitoring tools and conducted periodic reviews, Organized & facilitated training workshops for gov. entities, project teams, and beneficiaries, Assisted line manager in preparing periodic project reports and documentation, Assessed capacity, developed plans, and implemented them for partners and stakeholders, Managed partnerships, ensured compliance, and supported organizational development, and Led emergency responses in collaboration with partners and line agencies.

Successfully completed assigned role under USAID-funded Sajhedari Bikaas Project led by Pact Inc. assisting the Manager in executing the Women Empowerment Project in Kanchanpur, Kailali, Bardia, Banke, Surkhet, and Dang. Key highlights of my accomplishments include:  Worked with the WEG Manager to support WEG LNGOs and their staff, Worked with WEG Manager to deliver all training of trainers and workshops, Developed tools for tracking village banking, vocational training, and micro-entrepreneurs, Coaching and mentoring village banking support activities carried out by EWs, Ensured program materials were distributed as required by the program, Led to monitoring and evaluation of WEG activities, Coordinated women's economic empowerment program in the district along with partners, and

Successfully completed an assigned role as Senior Management Team leading multiple projects supported by INGOs and UN Agencies covering multiple districts of Lumbini and Gandaki Province. Key highlights of my achievements include: Led the planning, budgeting, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of programs, Coordinated and collaborated with non-governmental and governmental line agencies, Facilitated training, workshops, meetings, and forums for children and women, Developed new business proposals with Program Manager for multiple funding agencies, Monitored and evaluated programs to ensure quality results, Provided periodic comprehensive reporting on activities, programs, and projects, Served as the focal person for monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL), Coordinated, collaborated, and networked with CSOs, government entities, and I/NGOs, and Acted as the human resource for the health district alliance coordinator, advocating for HRH issues.
