I am Birendra Singh, seasoned professional empowering nearly 28 years of career in shop floor operations, manufacturing, heat treatment, welding process, finishing, project management and people management. In my present association with D.B. Engineering Pvt. Ltd. (AN ISO 9001-2008 certified) Delhi/Noida, U.P work as Plant Head, I am accountable for end to end delivery of projects; I have successfully set up 2 plants for Green Field Project at Noida and Vizag.Numerous trainings and seminars viz. conference of ERP conducted by All India Chartered Accounts Society New Delhi; one month in house workshop On ISO 9002 implementation in Gripwell Fasteners; in house training on KAIZEN, 5S and internal auditor; seminars on Heat Treatment processes and furnaces, have significantly contributed towards enhancement of my skills. Over these years I have acquired comprehensive experience in ISO 9000, ISO14001 and ERP System Implementation; well-design of jig and fixture to optimize the cycle time and increase productivity; developing sequence of fabrication, machinering, heat treatment, surface coating and assembly; Forging, Machinating, Costing, Sheet Metal, Welding and Finishing.I understand the framework of the segment and execute operations in a methodological way with effective cost optimization. I am recognized as a coherent professional for streamlining & improving existing systems / processes, envisioning new methodologies, future trends and driving development and accomplishment.
