Prepared the concept, set up the lean organization and followed up details in the operational phase. Worked with other departments and created internal business opportunities which is realized , as a boat PandA campaign. The project was delivered 50% below budget and marks a changing point in the fight against rising cost. The project is used internally and externally to promote drilling successes in Statoil.
