- Overall operational HR responsibility for largest business division of OMV (decentralized HR Business model, therefore fully fledged divisional HR department incl. training experts, compensation expert, expatriate management, recruiting, contracting)- Management of major and minor M&A projects incl. acquisition of Romania’s largest oil & gas company with 50.000 employees, thereof 35.000 in Exploration & Production division; extensive integration management experience, harmonization of processes, cultural transformation, business restructuring, IT software harmonization- Responsible for overall HR Management strategy and activities for international ventures (Pakistan, Iran, Yemen, Libya, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Norway, Romania), intensive travel activity- 2,5 years expat on weekly commuting basis between Vienna and Bucharest, responsible for post merger integration management after acquisition of Petrom S.A.- Leadership and departmental management responsibility for up to 10 team members in Vienna plus matrix responsibility
