As a customer service representative for this medical health insurance company, my job was to work with and represent our clients, along with help them thoroughly understand their medical, dental and pharmacy plans. In this position not only did I help my colleagues understand the functions and uses of various virtual tools, but I was also given the unique opportunity to personally help our clients with a diversity of health concerns. From this experience I learned a lot of new medical terminology, gained experience in the medical field, and began to understand the complexities of medical insurance in the U.S.
