The dynamic nature of air freight and the international work made me hungry for more.It was a matter of honor that I got my IATA Cargo certificate as quickly as possible! I wasn't born to be an assistant ;-)-------Die Welt in meinem Büro und an meinem Telefon. Für den Geschäftsführer Deutschland habe ich die Kommunikation zwischen den verschiedenen Abteilungen und Niederlassungen, sowie den Partnern weltweit koordiniert. Die Dynamik in der Luftfracht und die internationale Arbeit machte süchtig nach mehr.Ehrensache, dass ich so schnell wie möglich meinen IATA Cargo Schein machte!

A dream come true! In one of only two 5-star hotels at the time in San Francisco, I worked as a sales and marketing assistant for the local market in the area of corporate events/accommodation and was also responsible for the incentive program and the organization of marketing events. A personal highlight was that I created an electronic sales database, at that time via a program called DBase, including the configuration of the input masks and trained my colleagues. I no longer wanted to use index cards... This made our life in sales so much easier!-------Der gelebte Traum! In einem von damals nur zwei 5-Sterne Hotels war ich als Assistentin für die Betreuung des lokalen Marktes im Bereich Corporate Events/Übernachtungen, war verantwortlich für das Incentive-Programm, Organisation von Kundenveranstaltungen. Ein persönliches Highlight war, dass ich eine interne Vertriebsdatenbank, damals noch über DBase inklusive der Konfiguration der Eingabemasken erstellt habe und die Kollegen geschult habe. Ich hatte keine Lust mehr auf Karteikarten...

Now it was my task to procure materials for an electrotechnical factory that produced electric Christmas tree chains so that all areas from injection molding and cable assembly to assembly and packaging could work smoothly.-------Das kaufmännische Handwerkszeug habe ich hier schon in der Ausbildung gelernt. Jetzt ging es darum eine elektrotechnische Fabrik, die elektrische Christbaumketten herstellte, so mit Material zu versorgen, dass alle Bereiche vom Spritzguss über die Kabelkonfektionierung bis hin zur Montage und Verpackung reibungslos arbeiten konnten.
