I give NeuroMovement® lessons to children and adults in one-to-one sessions and I also teach group classes and workshops in the Anat Baniel Method® NeuroMovement®. The lessons and classes provide opportunities for the students to improve existing patterns for movement and also form new patters that will translate into new possibilities for action and greater clarity in thinking.
