With over 10 years of work experience in the financial and technology sectors, I am a customer service expert and a process improvement enthusiast. As the Portal Manager at Võrdle, a leading online comparison platform in Estonia, I oversee the daily operations, content, and design of the website, ensuring that it meets the needs and expectations of our users and partners. In addition, I collaborate with the board members and the IT department to implement new features, optimize the user experience, and increase the traffic and conversion rates of the portal. Previously, I was the Chief of Operations at TF Bank, a Nordic consumer bank, where I was responsible for the strategic planning, budgeting, and reporting of the Estonian branch, as well as the compliance, risk management, and customer service functions. I successfully led several projects to improve the efficiency, quality, and profitability of the bank, such as launching new products, streamlining processes, and reducing costs.
