Ensured measures for start-ups to work hands on for education policy implementation.• Led the change management and establishing of Tallinn European School as fully functioning independent international entity.• Developed recognised organisation portfolio for being compatible partner in foreign aid procurements for leading educational reforms globally. Andras is the awarding body for adult training (andragogic) qualification - I was responsible for organising yearlong courses for training professionals. Also belonged to the team who organising national Adult Learning Weeks. Had my first real experiences as an adult trainer. Also had an eye opening experience how adults learn (roots of andragogy), why it is different from pedagogy and how it is a key to quality lifelong learning.
