Was responsible for overall administration of the organisation. Andras is the awarding body for adult training (andragogic) qualification - I was responsible for organising yearlong courses for training professionals. Also belonged to the team who organising national Adult Learning Weeks. Had my first real experiences as an adult trainer. Also had an eye opening experience how adults learn (roots of andragogy), why it is different from pedagogy and how it is a key to quality lifelong learning.
