I am a Partner at ADVANT Beiten's Munich office and member of our Practice Group IP/IT/Media. My areas of expertise comprise corporate and commercial law with cross-border aspects as well as information technology law. I have many years of experience in advising national and international companies on the implementation of digital business models, technology projects, research and development cooperations, joint ventures, IT project agreements as well as licensing of software and cloud solutions.
