30 years ago, I started my career as an application engineer in the men dominated world of tech. Beyond considering myself a woman in tech, I have always rather considered myself someone who is simply very passionate and enthusiastic about the things she does. Within the past 30 years, I went from developing software applications and pioneering automation technology, over heading departments at one of the world’s biggest industrial manufacturing companies, to building companies from scratch, developing, and leading them. Today, in my role as a director at Accenture, I help companies master the digital era. Thus, I enable clients to leverage advanced technologies to reinvent products and services, from design and engineering to manufacturing and support, accelerating operational efficiency and enterprise wide growth.Along the way, my values and beliefs strongly influence the way I lead, work and live.
