Implementation and optimization of performance campaigns in SEA, paid social, display (GDN and native ads). Advance measures such as testing and optimization of landing pages, advertising media, and target group segments for continuous conversion rate optimization. Definition and interpretation of KPIs as well as the creation of reports for monitoring all-important KPIs and for budget monitoring.

Developing, coordinating, implementing, and optimizing marketing campaigns for new and existing customers along the sales funnel. Creating new campaign ideas and optimizing running campaigns based on reports and results analyses. Defining segmentation and target groups for multi-channel campaigns. Optimizing and designing internal processes for optimal campaign management as well as being responsible for cross-functional project management. Being the key person for all questions regarding campaign management for internal and external stakeholders.

- Supporting Account Management & Sales Team in creating campaign proposals, checking feasibility in regards to capacity and technical requirements- Recommending targeting and placement optimization among others for both branding and performance campaigns according to campaign goals- Implementing, delivering, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns to ensure they meet client objectives and to ensure smooth client campaign execution- Setting up and managing the ad trafficking process with DoubleClick for Publishers (DFP) for display and video-based ad campaigns- Preparing analysis reports for clients and internal ad sales/forecasting reports - Lead for Ad Operations Projects like Homepage- and Category Takover for big Fashion brands on Zalando Fashion Platform.
