Start up position• Equipment demand planning for MPS (Managed Print Services) EMEA in support of all optimization and transition activities. • MPS EMEA BID pipeline is included in the forecast to give long term view of potential upcoming business including demand planning for production• MPS EMEA focal point for all Forecasts, manage and maintain all forecast related reports and provide consulting in relation to device / model choice to client delivery teams and reports to overall EMEA planner team and internal logistic teams• Support internal logistic capacity planning including prioritization of key deals and advice of capacity demand for MPS EMEA deals• Owner of several MPS EMEA logistic and escalation processes• Providing BID support for MPS EMEA deals (Local, Multi-Country and Global) – all supply chain relevant requests • Supply chain (SC) focal point for MPS EMEA deal transition - including all supply chain activities (such as BF SLA including service rate negotiation with suppliers, freight prioritization, etc.) relating to operational readiness of deals• Managing relationship between MPS EMEA Transition / MPS EMEA Service Delivery teams and several internal logistic and order management teams• Working on Business Improvement projects as member as well as leading Business Improvement projects to success• Managing Special Event projects - organizing Special Events (SE) for MPS EMEA customers includes requesting quotes, agreeing short term equipment rental, agreeing break fix and consumables supply with relevant suppliers and following up till billing

Start up role within the MPS organisation, responsible for all client escaltion in relation to Break Fix or Consumables ordering escalation, build up strong relation to internal and external supplier, owner of several processes and run SIP projects.This start up ended as a fully integrated team within the Xerox MPS service delivery and has been adapted by other Xerox services centers global
