Designworks is the design and innovation studio for the BMW Group. The creative team inspires and challenges the companies it works with to be and stay at the forefront of their industries in design, technology and innovation. Responsible for Marketing Communication of Designworks Munich studio in direct alignment with Designworks headquarters in the US and with BMW Group communication. Driving interaction with marketing departments of clients, partners and BMW Group markets to investigate, develop and implement joint PR and MarCom activities. Ensuring alignment of messages and timings with all partners as well as driving close collaboration with the internal creative team to ensure creation of unique, design-inspired, future-related, relevant content. 2015 – 2018: Interims function: Responsible for Global Marketing Communication of Designworks Studios in Europe, North America and Asia.

Installation of PR as integrated discipline within the Munich Studio. Leading alignment with headquarter in L.A., Shanghai Studio and BMW Group communication departments.

From 2001 to 2011, SCHOLZ & FRIENDS Brand Affairs was the agency for integrated brand communication (PR, promotion, events, sponsoring, online) within the SCHOLZ & FRIENDS AG . Leader of a PR team responsible for consulting in the area of brand communication and brand activation. Clients included British Imperial Tobacco, Intersnack, VELUX, Süddeutsche Klassenlotterie, Terre des Hommes, Unilever...Exploration, development and implementation of innovative approaches to activate brands via PR. Development and implementation of integrated communication concepts in close collaboration with diverse units of the SCHOLZ & FRIENDS network (strategy, advertising, sponsoring, POS marketing, online, event, media planning). PR project lead for six editions of national TV Show (5-Millionen SKL-Show, hosted by Günther Jauch) including basic PR, testimonial and crisis PR as well as longterm PR consulting to show winners.
