Customer Experience Manager
Current- Leading efforts to understand customer needs and challenges by gathering and analyzing comprehensive insights as well as developing strategies to reduce churn, enhance customer retention and increase spending.- Conducting user research, playtests and interviews across all stages of the product lifecycle and delivering actionable insights to the relevant parties.- Acting as a bridge between departments to ensure customer insights and market research are effectively communicated and leveraged.- Providing training and mentorship to enhance understanding of customer insights and experiences as well as help team members develop the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
