The projects main focus have been as diverse as AI technology, app development, innovation, governance, it-architecture and -structure, business development, analyses, stragegy development, roadmaps, telemedicine, it-service and -support, regulatory issues, approvals from authorities, contracts, data management, statisical test, .......... and then of course the more general tasks such as web-master, project economy (>50 mill.), allround troubleshooter of challenges at all levels. Always keen on keeping focus on how to create real values to stakeholders, provide intuitive solutions, logical structures and well managed projects. I like to be challenged on hard work, professionalism and timely and right decisions. After all, project management is about pursuing a goal based on a good idea, not necessarily knowing exactly how to get there. It is about making the right decisions at the right time that will decide whether - or how - you reach the goal.
