I used the scrum methodology to manage the project, 40 sprints of 3 weeks were needed to finish the project.Elements of the transfer were:- Transfer of planning, procurement, laboratory, quality assurance, production including cGMP products, customer service, IT, customer qualifications, engineering, labels, registrations.- Investments (CAPEX) in the Polish facility including validations and customer qualifications.- ISO 13485 certification- New 3 PL's in Poland and Belgium- All according to MOC (Management Of Change) procedures- Adopting US Avantor used designing and printing software for labels
