This March, 2022 I started at Epic Drive, an innovative, renowned company in the Netherlands that has been operating in the logistics market for supermarket chains and post-order companies. Epic Drive basically developed three solutions for improving the order picking process: an electrically driven wheel that can be placed under any trolley as a ´fifth wheel´, an electric 'push cart' that you can attach easily under any 'normal' trolley, and the complete trolley itself (Danish cart or container) with the electric enhancement. Thanks to this electric wheel/push cart, order pickers can easily and safely load trolleys, rotate 360 degrees and move. As Interim Aftermarket Director I was leading a team of 100 professionals in different areas of the compressor business (service, sales, retrofit projects, customer support) at three locations (France, Czech Republic and the Netherlands). The company was mainly operating in oil and gas industries. As a director I was part of the companies management. My task was to report out to the team of directors and head office of the daily business and running projects. Leading the aftermarket team to better results.

Heading the After Market Department (approx 30 persons) for the spare parts distribution, purchase, pricing, sales, service & warranty and technical training on Mitsubishi and Cat Forklift Trucks in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. In 2017-2018 leading the successfull SAP implementation for all inventory management (incl purchase, parts customer service, F&A and compliance) processes in cooperation with the warehouse in a global setting.

Responsible for Sales and Marketing (units and parts) in Iberia, Scandinavia, South and Central Europe via area sales managers, product support representatives and warehouse consultants for both Mitsubishi Forklift Trucks as well as CAT Lift Trucks.

Responsible for Sales and Marketing in Middle East, Italy, Eastern Europe via area sales managers and warehouse consultants for both Mitsubishi Forklift Trucks as well as CAT Lift Trucks.

Responsible for managing Parts Sales, Marketing (including service contract business) and Customer Service for the whole of Europe, Middle East and Africa. The team of specialists supports our dealer network with separate organisations on CAT Lift Trucks or Mitsubishi Forklift Trucks on all Product Support related business.

Responsible for both material and production planning for the manufacturing of forklift trucks branded Caterpillar or Mitsubishi.
