⭐️ Product launch management; planning, execution and tracking⭐️ Development of Novo's digital launch management platform- Driving cross-functional launch planning and execution of insulin products in top-selling EU markets across Market Access, Medical Affairs and Marketing.- Leading the strategic design and implementation of Novo's Product Launch Framework and driving the transition into a digital platform, facilitating user-trainings for enhanced affiliate launch planning. - Developing key functions and features of Novo's Launch Management system for increased user experience and conducting system training of 100+ affiliate users.- Building internal launch capabilities and anchoring learning in the strategy. Example: hosting and facilitating annual training camps for 40 x affiliate launch managers and establishing a Regional launch network group for knowledge sharing.

- Allocation of product launch funding in 50+ markets incl. collection & reporting of rolling forecasts- Development of a new financial planning module (UI/UX) in the launch management platform, and facilitating user-training across 100+ affiliate users.- Automating and insourcing financial processes incl. recruiting and onboarding of new colleagues.

⭐️ International pharma conferences + live streaming webinars⭐️ Customer engagement strategy and execution- Launching Novo's first live streaming webinar platform for the Novo Nordisk scientific symposium at EASD + IDF; single event digital attendance of 1000 HCPs across 20 countries.- Driving the strategic planning and execution of Novo's presence at international diabetes congresses (ADA, IDF etc.) towards healthcare professionals.- Leading the development and implementation of a cost-efficient strategy to reduce congress budgets; Result: budget reduction of 20% ~ 1/4 of full year budget

Supporting key Changing Diabetes projects and events; planning and execution of Team Novo Nordisk's participation in the Tour-of-Denmark and Novo's presence at smaller international congresses.Development and roll-out of Novo Nordisk’s first diabetes congress app.

Supporting and consulting Danish SMEs to profitable business opportunities in the Malaysian market; conducting market research and analysis, driving promotional activities/events for the Danish industry and managing a local CSR project to create transparency of Danish companies' CSR activities in Malaysia.

Monitoring and reporting of KPMG’s media activities up against “Big Four”, data research & analysis, and execution of strategic employer branding events to attract talents to KPMG; result: KPMG was ranked the 8th most attractive employer in 2013.
