Managing a team of 27 people in DK and 10 employees in Subsidiaries Sweden, Germany, France, Netherlands and UK• Hired and developed the organisation to be able to handle all the requirements from the business• Developed and communicated an IT strategy to support the growth strategy for Abena • Changed the IT focus from being local to cover global solutions and involving the local IT employees.
