Revisiting the geological modelling of the Lower Cretaceous reservoir using the concept of forward stratigraphic modelling, a modelling method that could be interesting for both future oil and gas opportunities, CCS activities as well as towards the offshore wind farms. I have also been involved in projects that are looking into the relevance of establishing a baseline for the natural hydrocarbon seepage highly relevant in connection with future abandonment of wells, where the natural seepage might mask monitoring results.
