I am a thought partner to extraordinary leaders as a mentor, coach and organizational consultant. I am exceptionally skillful at system change, organizational transformation, developing cultures of leadership, strategies for solutions, strategic planning, and developing strategy focused organizations.With my background in psychology and organizational development, I understand the importance of putting people first to get better results. I have authored a number of articles including a chapter in The Change Handbook. Recently, I have completed the second edition of The Genuine Contact Way. The book is intended for use by anyone wishing to expand their leadership capacity. It is well suited for reading in a workplace study group for self directed leadership development by members of a team.

The Genuine Contact program is a synergistic, blended approach from a holistic perspective of organizational and leadership development. Whether the whole program or singular component parts are used, the tangible results are achieved through a a focus on nourishing a culture of leadership. The Genuine Contact program is now used in many organizations in many countries. In 2006, Ward Williams and I (Birgitt Williams) as Co-founders and Co-owners of the Genuine Contact program opened ownership and leadership of the Genuine Contact program to authorized trainers of the Genuine Contact program. Over 40 Co-owners from a number of countries stepped forward and now co-own and co-lead the expansion of work with the Genuine Contact program in the world. Copyrights are preserved for all who work with this body of work in the Genuine Contact Preservation Trust. Belize was chosen as the domicile for incorporation as a visible indicator of our international identity.
