As a well seasoned coach and consultant,I provide leadership development for leaders who want to expand their knowledge and capacity beyond their current state of development to learn to sustain themselves at their peak of decision making within a broader context of constant change.I do this through one to one mentoring/coaching; offering workshops through self study, on line, and face to face options. Sometimes we work one to one, and sometimes the work is done in a group setting.As a master teacher, I provide services for coach and consultant Development enhancing existing skills, knowledge, concepts and thought processes. Coaches and consultants around the world seek me out to mentor them and to attend our workshops.As an organizational development and business consultant, I work with leaders and their organizations to find solutions to existing problems, challenges, and opportunities. I have assisted all types of organizations and businesses, ranging from small to multi-national; ranging from non-profit, development agency, community, government to private sector. I am dedicated to working with organizations who want to benefit from creating and nourishing a culture of leadership. I am most passionate about working with enterprises of all sorts who seek to improve human services.

Co-founded the Genuine Contact program, a program of techniques, tools, and concepts for achieving tangible results in organizations of all kinds. The Genuine Contact program is a synergistic, blended approach from a holistic perspective of organizational and leadership development. Whether the whole program or singular component parts are used, the tangible results are achieved through a a focus on nourishing a culture of leadership. The Genuine Contact program is now used in many organizations in many countries. In 2006, Ward Williams and I (Birgitt Williams) as Co-founders and Co-owners of the Genuine Contact program opened ownership and leadership of the Genuine Contact program to authorized trainers of the Genuine Contact program. Over 40 Co-owners from a number of countries stepped forward and now co-own and co-lead the expansion of work with the Genuine Contact program in the world. Copyrights are preserved for all who work with this body of work in the Genuine Contact Preservation Trust. Belize was chosen as the domicile for incorporation as a visible indicator of our international identity.
