Responsible for the all purchasing activities of The Fish Farms and R&D Materials- Managing all fish farms purchasing activities of two main production sites (Karaburun & Milas). • To convert the demands to orders, prepare and send Purchase Orders to the suppliers• To making negotiations with the suppliers. • To organize the transportation for orders and correspondence with forwarders.• To follow the customs clearance transactions and deal with Customs Brokers.• To resposible of achieving departmental business plan and budget targets.• To manage daily business activity of the cruve who is working under my responsiblity.• To find alternatif 3rd party subcontractor, prepare and signed the agrrement according production requirment. - Managing sourcing activities of The Fish Farm Materials• To source and find new sources for current regular materials• To prepare the technical documents to make technical standardisation. • To prapere monthly purchasing reports and subbmit to the top managment • To taking key role in special activities and projects.

- Managing all regional activities of Packaging Materials in META region• To search alternative suppliers according the company requirements• To make all negotiation with potential alternative and current suppliers• To provide all necessary documents and samples according the Quality Department requirements of the potential suppliers• To prepare tender in electonic environment and evaluate the result• Manage the sourcing, procurement and import activities in coordination with Global Sourcing and Local demands.• Participation in construction of the panel of approved suppliers and in the supplier development process ensuring competitive prices with high quality level. • To participate to global purchasing activities such as packaging material workgroups.
