Program included multiple projects – • Managed Prepaid Scheme Studio Consolidation Program – an Automated Channel Partner Payout system - a set of 22 unique sub-consolidation programs involving circle-based Sale & Distribution teams. • Successfully consolidated Interconnect Billing systems including in-depth reconciliation including revenue and time values. • Content Partner Settlement system (CPS) for value added service providers (VAS providers)● Independently managed Revenue Assurance portfolio of Interconnect Billing system and Fraud Management System for one of the major telecom provider between 2014 – 2019 including vendor managed work worth around $1.5mn.● Performed role of an End-to-End Project Manager for 5 years (2009-2014) for one of the largest Telco clients of the US. During this period, I managed about 13 projects with estimated costs of around $7mn as part of the Flow-through program.
