During the internship, I worked on several IT-related projects, including upgrading the company's servers, migrating data to a new storage system, and installing new software on user computers, data analysis and cleaning of customer data. I also helped provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth running of the company's IT infrastructure. Additionally, I participated in meetings with the IT team and other departments, learning how IT supports various business operations.
