Having worked with most of the major Pharmacy firms, small and large multiples and individual pharmacies alike, I have gained invaluable experience in community pharmacy. This has also allowed me to become familiar with a wide range of pharmacy computer systems including pharmacy manager, nexphase and proscript. Seeing pharmacy from many different companies has given me the chance to understand the individual needs of the each business, and also understand how the business oerates from the patient level right up to management and co-ordination levels. My role as a Locum has also allowed me to vastly improve on my communication skills both with staff through being exposed to an array of situations and stakeholders. Knowing how to handle situations in a professional manner and ensuring that patient care is never compromised.
