As a Client Advisor at BALENCIAGA, I provide exceptional customer service and product presentation, as well as oversee staff members and sales targets. I have been working in this role for over two years, and I enjoy applying my creativity and passion for fashion to enhance the brand image and customer satisfaction. I have a bachelor's degree in Jewelry Design, Technology and Business from KEA - Københavns Erhvervsakademi, where I learned how to design and create innovative and sustainable jewelry pieces, as well as how to market and sell them online and offline. I also have experience as a Design Intern at Pura Utz, a social enterprise that empowers women artisans in Guatemala. There, I contributed to the development and promotion of their handmade accessories and clothing line.
