Birtan has a long-standing experience in managing international teams and has been instrumental in the growing of Ece Boya Kimya’s business sustainably, promoting a strong scientific culture.His technical and scientific knowledge, market requirements and regulatory dynamics, business acumen and expertise has ensured and placed the company as a pioneer in the industry of industrial polyester resins and wood coatings.He is an ex-board member of the Turkish Composites Manufacturers Association and a member of ARGEMIP R&D Centers Platform, passionate about various polymer materials, especially used in composites which are used in almost all industries (such as transportation, energy, defence, marine, sports equipment, construction, architecture and many others) and organic chemistry; holding a bachelor of Science in chemistry from Bogazici University with extensive laboratory practice.Birtan has participated in various forums and governmental projects and published researched articles in local composites and related science magazines. ---My goal is to maintain existing and create new values to the company I am dedicated to and myself, with embracing all kinds of challenges with the help of teamwork, smart technologies and hard work. I managed various teams from chemists in R&D centre to salespeople in export department. I had a lot of experience in technical sales and project management in composite resins such as UPR, VER and epoxy. I enjoy studying every topic about different polymer materials, especially used in composites. Since composites are used inside almost all industries, I got a lot of experience in composites materials in transportation, energy, defence, marine, sports equipment, construction, architecture and many others. I'm also interested in organic chemistry in other industries such as food, agriculture and health.
