The work I do today as a birth, baby and sleep specialist is a culmination of many things:--> My undergraduate and graduate training in Health Promotion--> Nearly a decade of experience working in the mental health field--> Certifying as a Childbirth Educator, Sleep Consultant and Child Passenger Safety Technician--> Volunteering as a Support Coordinator with Postpartum Support International--> My role as a mom x3My goal is for all parents to feel confident in their choices and to have the right knowledge to make those choices informed ones. It's tough to navigate the conflicting advice and information out there. I help parents navigate this while helping their families get their best sleep possible.
