Som Salg og Marketingdirektør for VOLA A/S har jeg gennem mange år opbygget VOLA som et internationalt designbrand, der er kendt og værdsat over hele verden. Som medlem af direktionen kender jeg alle områder fra udvikling til produktion, marketing, salg og organisation i en produktionsvirksomhed. Jeg har opbygget forhandlernet over hele verden og været med til at etablere datterselskaber i mange lande. Jeg er direktør i alle vore 9 datterselskaber i UK, Holland, Belgien, Sverige, Tyskland, Østrig, Schweiz, Australien og Korea.Jeg har arbejdet i forskellige bestyrelser siden 2006 og har haft fokus på at udvikle organisationen, styrke salg/marketing indsatsen og hjælpe virksomheder til at målrette og effektivisere deres eksportaktiviteter. Jeg har i mange år været censor på universiteterne og er pt. tilknyttet Aarhus Erhvervsakademi som censor på deres bestyrelsesuddannelse.
