I am responsible for running the technology consulting practice specializing in IT Infrastructure,databases, middleware, cloud and analytics, driving the outcome of growing the revenue of the practice through acquisition of new customer and expanding service footprint in the existing customers. In this role, I am responsible for positioning and selling our consulting services to the prospective customers, be overall responsible for the service delivery, recruitment, skill building of the team, and day to day operational management. Team building, mentoring and leadership, managing customer relationships, solution articulation are the key activities I perform in this role.

Formulated presales and product strategic planning initiatives for the technology line of business (which consisted of database and Big Data solutions) in India for my region (Eastern India). Created consultative selling approach, including business plan and presales strategy development. Established strategic relationships /joint engagements and worked collaboratively with development, product marketing, sales teams and sales surround operating divisions to determine product sales-cycle strategies. Contributed in creating effective marketing programs, establishing new product introduction/launch strategies, and resolved post sale problems and encouraged Oracle technology adoption.
