Responsible for the inside operations, concerning the department in the working process.The department is responsible for:- The use of different kinds of software in order to achieve better project management as well as better organization and collecting information;- The coordination of the whole process, concerning the realization of the suggested ideas for improvements and communication with the concerned parties;- Implementation of the realized ideas of the system as well as the working process of the company it self;- Providing with useful information about all the new implementations;

Responsible for the strategic planning, aiming for stability and further development of the organization at local level.

Responsible for managing a team as well as realization of socially-oriented and business projects and accompanying events in connection with the organization.
