• Head the planning and implementation of multiple large size projects (programmes) simultaneously within agreed cost, timeframe, quality standard, and scope• Track, manage and report on project (programme) progress in regards to deliverables, timeframes, quality and risks to all stakeholders (internal and external)• Provide accurate projections and actions on project changes, based on business, technological, situational or client influenced requirements• Managing Client's expectations, acting as a SPOC, bringing the delivery process up to the highest standard• Proactively support members of the project from both internal teams and external representatives• Develop and conduct strategic plans to solve significant escalations and mitigate critical risks• Coach, mentor and support junior project managers and assist them in the resolution of complex tasks.• Bring in best practices, knowledge, and experience in project management from the software industry

Performing all the functions of the Senior Project Manager:▪ Commercial implementation of the PMP/ PMI methodologies▪ Contributing in pre-sales activities, providing project related materials and expertise in support of RFIs, RFPs or other client requests.▪ Developing and managing project management plans from original concept through final implementation.▪ Conducting financial analyses on project alternatives including cost/benefit analysis, to determine project feasibility and direction.▪ Developing and maintaining project risk management plans i.e. coordinating project risk identification,qualification, response development and control▪ Resource demand management and allocation / tracking resources to meet project requirements▪ Participating to the coordination of procurement planning, source selection, contract administration and contract closeout (when appropriate)▪ Review/shadow other project management team member schedules, plans and strategies andrecommend enhancements▪ Identifying areas within the PPM Community where process improvements may benefit project performance▪ Being a subject Matter Expert within the PPM Community
