Consultant for multiple projects, including the AMUSE-GIZ project, World Bank SEA-MaP, and 3RproMar-GIZ project. Also provide support for UNEP Laboratory Proficiency Testing for Mercury and ERIA Phase 1 and 2 (CaRMPAC) projects. Develop, moderate, and facilitate in capacity-building programs. Current work area includes plastic waste management, behavior change in plastic consumption, and tourist waste management. Also successfully developed project proposal, participated and won the bidding, and secured project funding.

Developed comprehensive curricula for capacity-building programs in sanitation and sustainability and conducted research in sanitation systems, delivering actionable insights and technical reports for local governments and international organizations.

Conducted research on material cycles and plastic recycling in End-of-Life (EoL) vehicles. Analyzed the environmental impact of lead content in vehicles, contributing to sustainable practices in waste management. Published research in peer-reviewed journals, presenting findings to both academic and industry audiences.

Managed regional action research projects focused on the System of Rice Intensification (SRI) across the Lower Mekong Basin. Analyzed agricultural data, preparing technical reports and database management for project stakeholders. Organized and facilitated a regional workshop on sustainable agricultural practices in Hanoi, Vietnam. Also developed and carried out capacity development workshop for government officials.

Contributed to a variety of research projects, including environmental assessment, circular economy, eco-labelling, waste management, water treatment, etc. Co-authored book chapters and reports and led the preparation of engineering reports and technical papers on water treatment plants for international clients.

Worked as consultant for Welt Hunger to develop Food Security/Livelihood and Hazard, Vulnerability & Risk Mapping in Selected districts of Nepal. Also worked to develop City Sanitation Plan for Birendranagar Municipality, Surkhet for SNV Netherlands Development Organization.

Coordinated Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) for major infrastructure projects, including the Sheraton Kathmandu Hotel. Provided environmental management consultancy to local clients, ensuring compliance with national and international environmental standards.

Conducted environmental audits of Initial Environmental Examination (IEE) reports, supporting national environmental oversight and regulatory frameworks.
