Also supporting the spiritual needs of the Pastors and Ministers that serve these Communities.Serve as an advisor to every Senior Pastor or Bishop on evaluating and implementing Church doctrine.Respond to diverse received progress reports and help oversee all functions of ministry. Encourage continued solidarity with other church denominations and those of different faiths.Administer duties as set forth in the Articles and the Bylaws of the Ministry. Indorse the approval of peaceful coexistence and cooperation with those of cultural or nationality differences without lending personal prejudice or bias judgement. Promote within the ministry the ideals of Christian maturity in their own decision making concerning church issues. Instruct the motivation of all ministry leaders and missionaries to allow provision for circumstances before problems arise.

Supporting adult males from all walks of life at a inpatient rehabilitation treatment center and encouraging them to find recovery in a structured setting. They receive clinical therapy, medical care, recovery education and additional support services to help them overcome their personal issues and ultimately work toward sustained sobriety.

Under contract with (Humanus) a national provider of education and human services professionals. I provided RBT services with ( Behavioral Health ) professionals act as parallel support systems for individuals with behavioral/learning needs. Established support services to work with Paraprofessionals, Personal Care Assistants, Behavioral Specialist Consultants, ABA Therapists, Behavior Analysts, Mental Health Program Specialists, Therapeutic Support Staff and 1:1 Aides.

Support Services for men diagnosed with Intellectual Disability Disorder and Problematic Sexual Behaviors.

Represented, interacted and helped support individuals struggling with drug & alcohol problems, as well as those with additional mental health issues.
