Our first feature documentary, Mercy’s Kennel, was produced with the cooperation of both DeKalb and Gwinnett County Animal Services, The Humane Society of the United States, LifeLine Animal Project, and several independent animal welfare organizations and advocacy groups throughout Atlanta, GA. I helped increase business and awareness of company initiatives by composing creative briefs, press releases and feature articles for print and the web. I coordinated research for the environmental documentary Marine Investigators, including conception and copywriting of the treatment, production book, and official press release. I also produced an award-winning PSA for The Catch Conservation Fund (CCF). I collaborated with ocean scientists and other subject matter experts to generate awareness and develop innovative educational content for The CCF website and Facebook page.

Clarkston Shores Corporation (CSC) is a neighborhood organization comprising property owners who live around Crystal Lake in Clarkston, GA. As president, I negotiated passage of the Twin Lakes Restoration Project, a $450,000 lake dredging and remediation agreement between CSC, City of Clarkston, and DeKalb County Commission and CEO's Office. I also helped coordinate environmental restoration of the lake with the Georgia Department of Natural Resources.

I was Chief Executive of the organization comprising business and professional people in the 30021 area. The Clarkston Business Association (CBA) is the principal voice of business in Clarkston, Georgia, and its primary mission is to market and stimulate viable economic growth in Clarkston by identifying and involving creative business leadership for positive community action.Under my leadership, the CBA collaborated with the City of Clarkston, DeKalb County Government, and DeKalb Chamber to establish new and enhance the safety of existing crosswalks and pedestrian corridors throughout the city.

I helped increase station ratings by writing, producing, and editing sweeps pieces, topical news, and station image promotion for the CBS46 News at 11. I also helped increase page views by writing and publishing website content and promos on CBS46.com. These efforts averaged a 78.5% audience retention rate from primetime programming into the newscast during the February 2008 book, exceeding the Meredith corporate goal.

I helped increase network ratings by writing and producing topical news and image promotion for CNN Worldwide, leading multi-disciplinary teams in the development and creation of marketing materials in multiple formats. I managed multiple project timelines and budgets and coordinated network assets and resources around the globe, actively participating in moving projects forward on a daily basis while maintaining quality and editorial accuracy. Some of my accomplishments include work on integrated marketing campaigns to launch and promote web sites, international newscasts, and the CNNj network in Tokyo, Japan.
