• PROUD program (Parents Recovering From Opioid Use Disorders) included working with mothers who were pregnant, nursing, or had children between the ages of 1-15 years old with/without DCF collaboration.• Directs therapeutic interventions to build socialization, behavior management skills, and daily/ community living skills. • Assist clients in setting up and sustaining self-help (mutual support) groups, as well as means of locating and joining existing groups.• Assist clients in articulating personal goals for recovery through the use of one-to-one and group sessions. During these sessions support clients in identifying and creating goals and developing recovery plans with the skills, strengths, supports and resources to aid them in achieving those goals.• Maintains documentation, progress notes, and other data as needed, including incident and accident reports. • Attends staff meetings and clinical supervisions, as required. • Assist clients in developing empowerment skills and combating stigma through self-advocacy. • Collaboration and communication with the Department of Children & Families and other providers to mitigate risk factors with families containing a history of abuse and neglect. • Responds to individual safety needs, including reporting significant changes in behavior and health. • Demonstrates knowledge of agency policies and procedures.• Transportation of clients to self-help groups, medical appointments and other community resources when necessary with personal vehicle.
