Welcome to Personal I.T. Support Services (also known as PITSS), where we teach computer literacy and repair computers. At this time our courses are offered are as follows: PC Basic, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, OneNote, Publisher, and Outlook. All of the courses offered are taught as one on one tutoring and group sessions of 5-20 people.

I was responsible for assisting students and staff with computer, laptop, and tablet needs. Maintain assigned computer lab(s) on the university campus. As a computer tech I was responsible for minor computer/printer repair and setup (e.g. install new software, remove software, replace hardware, re-image computer(s), connect computers/printers to network servers etc...).
