- Provide leadership and direction to the IT team, including assigning tasks, setting priorities, and monitoring progress.- Implement and maintain security measures to protect hospital data and systems from cyber threats. This may include monitoring for vulnerabilities, blocking unwanted websites that pose a threat, implementing access controls, educating users on security best practices.- Manage and maintain servers and ensure they are secure, up-to-date, and working properly. This may include installing updates, configuring settings, and monitoring performance.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT systems, procedures, and policies to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.- Assist in the management of all IT systems to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of medical and office operations.- Assist the IT team in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues encountered by users, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.- Communicates with external vendors and service providers to purchase IT equipment and services, negotiate contracts, and meet service-level agreements.

- Implementing and configuring a new server room and network- Manage multiple servers with multiple virtual machines (VMs) using a VMware ESXi Hypervisor installation,- Configure and manage AD, DHCP, DNS, GPO, etc.- Control Internet access via Sophos Firewall- VPN configuration (Site to Site - SSL Remote Access) by (Sophos)- Manage and orchestrate Windows and Mac OS endpoints- Manage, troubleshoot, and upgrade servers, endpoints, storage, and networking equipment as needed.

- Management an AD, DHCP, DNS, GPO, etc.- Supporting more than 200 users and remote users in different business locations (user accounts, permissions, and access controls)- creating and testing computer images using Backup Solution (Acronis).- Control devices and users to access the Internet and open only necessary sites to work using a firewall (Sophos – FortiGate)- Serve as an escalation point for the help Desk Team and provide technical support to employees, assisting with hardware and software issues.
