 Working as a Deputy Project Manager and coordinating 127 KM of work along with all construction activities execution of 44 KM Roads including structures work of Gaya Section as a project manager. Resources Planning, Coordination & Monitoring of the project on day to day basis in consultation with HO and Identify the slippage and suggest the way to make up the same. Selection of Contractors and rate negotiation with them in consultation with project in charge and HO. Over all track on material & Labour at site & Reconciliation of material.
