• Supervising the regular activities of Perkins Distribution Management Team and doing market trend analysis for generating new business.• Planning for the market promotion of Perkins engine (Diesel & Gas) spare parts & service.• Performing tasks such as handling customer inquiries, issuing quotations, receiving POs, creating invoice, assisting customers with logistics as & when necessary. • Maintaining good liaison with all customers. • Meeting and exceeding assigned sales target of Perkins spare parts & service support. • Following up with field sales force for a customer visit and sales, collection, credit recovery, and their activities.• Responsible for demand & supply planning for Perkins, FG Wilson & local spare parts stock for supporting the customer in time.• Directly interact with Supply Chain, Sales, and Customer Service team to recognize demand forecast drivers.• Follow up in-transit import goods with Principle OEM as well as SCM team to make sure timely supply as per planning.• Assisting in the build-up of the stock as per the client’s query and sales trend. • Assisting in budget preparation, managing the inventory of spare parts, and roll out effectively.• Discuss with management about regular spare parts availability, sales & service, overall operation, and maintenance issues in S&OP meetings.

• Industrial and home electrical wiring design.• Customer interface for technical queries & solutions.• Planning and implement the daily work schedule. • Reporting on different technical issues.• Tracking & reporting regarding engineering procurement.• Schedule and undertake periodic maintenance on all electrical equipment, components.• Assist in CAPEX requirements, creating a budget, and scheduling expenses for the Engineering department.

• Plan and ensure the daily functions, operations, and activities of the system design for uninterrupted production.• Maintaining & Troubleshooting process Machinery like Blister machine, Process Machine, Coating Machine, Compressed machine, Liquid filling machine, etc.• Programming analysis, maintaining, and troubleshooting of PLC system machinery. • Preparing the list of spare parts & raising requisition for them. • Supervising & guiding the operators and finding the reasons for the electrical problem and solve them. • Technical evaluation for new machinery and equipment. • Design & Review drawings and validation documents for new installation.
