-Worked as Project engineer on construction logistics and designing structural details for tower crane, mobile crane, derrick placement projects, ramps, platforms, support of excavation and site safety plans in high rise construction throughout New York City. -Prepare detailed structural design drawings and calculation reports for submission to New York City Department of Buildings, Metro transit Authority and Federal Aviation Authority permits, respond to objections and RFI’s issued by plan examiners from permit agencies,-Conduct special inspections for cast in place concrete, mix design, sampling and testing, structural steel bolting and welding, micropiles, rock anchors installation and jacking per NYC building code and international code council standards.

Worked as a structural engineer on Seismic Probabilistic Risk Assessment projects.- Perform seismic analysis of critical structures and components of Hatch, Vogtle and Farley Nuclear power plants.- Calculate median centered capacities and the associated uncertainties against governing failure modes utilizing procedures outlined in ACI-349, AISC-N690, ASCE 4-98 and EPRI guidelines. - Evaluate the anchorage system of components as well as check their functional ruggedness.- Determine the capacity of concrete breakout, steel sections, welded and bolted anchorage, equipment failure to calculate HCLPF (High Confidence of Low Probability of Failure) capacities based on expected seismic demand on structure.- Prepare calculations and reports in accordance with nuclear quality assurance procedures.- Prepare and review engineering calculations and analyses supporting Seismic PRAs.

Worked in the $10 million project funded by ‘National Science Foundation’ with teachers in Buffalo public high schools to develop learning materials and mentor students to encourage participation in science and engineering.
