As an Investment Manager, I am responsible for recruiting startups to our investment portfolio, presenting them in front of the funding committee, and supporting them in accomplishing their development milestones. Throughout the investment period, I am supporting startups in obtaining additional non-dilutive funding. Eventually, I take part in the procedure of exit investment.Being an Investment Manager allowed me to gain diversified cross-cutting experience in product and business development, especially in:- cooperation with IT specialists, understanding what they need, how they think and work, and what issues they face,- problem-solving,- building customized solutions for the banking sector- conducting market analysis and freedom to operate analysis at every stage of the project growing businesses from sheer idea to market, including planning and strategizing, team building, designing R&D and development plans (and executing them), introducing products to the market, pivoting, and expanding the business.

As a mentee, I was able to develop my idea for a startup. All the actions I took were under the supervision of an individual mentor, but I also benefited from lectures and workshops conducted by experienced practitioners. After 6 months of work, I was able to steer my idea in the right direction.

As an Innovation Project Manager, I was responsible for analyzing funding opportunities for top startups in Poland and Europe. I was conducting business and market analysis as well and preparing R&D projects.
