CurrentStaffing Duties (Hiring / Contracts / On-Boarding / Off-Boarding / Transition).• Primarily supporting theIT recruitment by writing technical JD, posting jobs, screening, and interviewingapplicants.• Mapping role criteria, defining positions, and documenting descriptions & specifications || Contractcreation and follow-up• Able to create/convert relevant questionnaires to Google forms and parse collected data to ensurequalification match, cultural fit, and compatibility.• Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of platforms (Social media, Job sites, etc.).• Onboarding and Offboarding Strategy + implementation• Employee attendance Policy + Timesheet adherence• Create a code of conduct for the office staff and update/document/share the policies with the staff.• Track Employee leaves as per the policy• Bi-Weekly and Monthly evaluation of the performance of members based on effective hours spent oneach project• Evaluate the Overall performance of team members individually• Creating and Maintaining Social profiles on different channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google+,Twitter, YouTube, etc.).• Generate leads and revenues by identifying, qualifying, and securing potential businesses in the off-grid(emails) to current and prospective customers in Web Development, Hosting, and SEO areas.• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives by researching organizations and individuals andpitching our services.
