Troubleshooting and fault finding all drill rigs use on site : ● Atlas Copco Roc L8 MK ll & I● Schramm T450GT & T 685 WS● EDM 150 & 2000● UDM 200 diamond rigs● Aulexual compressor and Booster. Electronic Technician (ET ) is use to diagnosis all rigs equipped with Caterpillar engines● Rectification work is carried out following workshop manuals. ● Troubleshooting and fault finding all mentioned machines above in the site ( both workshop and in the pit)●Carry out routine checks and preform electrical repairs and maintenance of both drill rigs, Light vehicles and Lighting Plant used at the pit and workshop. ●Overhauling, repairing and servicing of air condition , including stripping of compressors, replacing faulty components I.e, bearings, seals, pulleys, coils etc. Replacing evaporators, dryers and thermostats. ● Carry out break downs and all preventive maintenance services, including supervising to replace drive belts, replacement of bulbs, wiper blades, defective relays, sensors, switches and temperature senders. ●Maintain records and prepares and submits reports requisitions, supplies and equipment. ●Supervising field's services and workshop personnel, excellent in solving all electrical problems on site.

Responsibilities Include: • Troubleshooting and fault finding Atlas Copco Drill Rigs (L8 MAK 1 and MAK 2),SCHRAMM- T450GT and Christensen CS14 equipment in the mining industries - using Electronic Diagnosis Equipment for Caterpillar engines equipment called ET. Rectification work is carried out following workshop manuals. • Troubleshooting and fault finding on both L8 MAK 1&2 in the site (Both workshop and in the pit) • Carry out routine checks and preform electrical repairs and maintenance of both drill rigs , Light vehicles and Lighting Plant used at the pit. • Overhauling, repairing and servicing of air condition, including stripping of compressors, replacing faulty components i.e. bearings, seals, pulleys, coils etc. Replacing condensers, evaporators, dryers and thermostats. • Carryout break downs and all preventive maintenance services, including replacement of drive belts, replacement of bulbs, wiper blades. • Maintains records and prepares and submits reports, requisitions, supplies and equipment • Supervising fields' services and workshop personnel, excellent in solving all auto electrical problems on site .

• Troubleshooting and fault finding all Heavy duty equipment in the mining industries - using Electronic Diagnosis Equipment for Caterpillar equipment called ET. Rectification work is carried out following workshop manuals.• Implements the Mine's Operational policies to ensure conformity with Ghana Mine Regulations and International best practices such as ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards • Troubleshooting and fault finding all CAT and other equipments in the site (Both workshop and in the pit)• Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and workplace Inspection• Carry out routine checks and perform electrical repairs and maintenance of both Heavy and Light vehicles• Using of Electronic Technician (E.T.) for retrieving diagnostic codes, flash filing, ECM replacement and changing configurations.• Diagnosing vehicle malfunction caused due to faulty electrical circuits/ electronics monitoring and control systems in Light / Heavy Duty Trucks.• Overhauling, repairing and servicing of air condition.• Using (FMI) Failure Module Identify, (CID) Component Identify, (MID) Module Identify for troubleshooting and fault finding on electrical systems. Repair all kinds of open circuit and short circuit in electrical harness• Using Electronic Technician (E T) for diagnostic active codes and changing configuration, replacement of Electronic Control Modules (ECM), and all types of calibrations etc. • Check traction control system and auto retarder, using ET equipment and physical inspection of components. Inspect cables for secure attachment and harnesses for correct positioning. • Check transmission system and electronic gear selection system for correct selection of gears and operation• Using service information system (SIS) for troubleshooting and part-finding• Maintains records and prepares and submits reports, requisitions, supplies and equipment• Supervising fields' services and workshop personnel, excellent in solving all auto electrical problems on site.

Ghana Akyapim Wassa

• Troubleshooting and fault finding all heavy duty mobile equipment (Caterpillar, Liebherr, Atlas copco drill rigs F9,L8 MAK 1&2 etc.) on pit and in the workshop• Installation, repairs and servicing of all types of starter motors and alternators• Overhauling or repairing starter motors including, replacing brushes, armatures and drives. Repair wiper motor including replacement of brushes etc.• Repair and overhaul alternators including replacement of coils, resistors and diode plates. Test alternators using test bench.• Finding parts numbers, reading and interpretation of electrical schematic diagrams • Batteries maintenance, testing, charging and storage• Involved in the training of newly staffs and trainees• Rewiring of all heavy and light duty vehicles including drill rigs (All categories)• Carrying out of preventive and predictive maintenance
