Working with the Human Resource Director to provide the safest environment for our team members. Responsibilities include but are not limited to benefit negotiations, safety training, new talent acquisition, and team member appreciation event planning.

I assisted our customers with any problems or questions that they had. This would include problems with any of our ordering platforms as well as problem with 3rd party supporting software like Photoshop, In design, etc. In some instances I also helped customers with understanding features available with new digital cameras. I provided this assistance to English speaking customers as well as Spanish.

I performed a variety of different jobs. I operated optical film printing equipment as well as photographic paper processing equipment. I also trained with the quality control team to insure the products we shipped out were the best they could be. I also trained in other areas including, digital printing, digital retouching, photo finishing services, and shipping.
