My role made me responsible for the personal and professional development of a group of about 100 young people who had successfully completed their volunteering with the International Citizen Service and were seeking further opportunities to develop both personally and professionally.

Helping business become investment ready by using various tools, channels and networks to connect viable businesses and investors.

I provided pastoral support to a team of young volunteers from diverse background and nationalities, facilitated the weekly training these volunteers needed that helped them successfully discharge their duties as junior business associates on a daily basis.I also had a duty of care over these volunteers throughout the duration of their participation on the programme.

Part of a team of volunteers who were placed in various businesses. I was in business that produced coconut water in bottles. I, together with my counterpart carried out some consultancy services for the business for 10 weeks
