In this role, through SmartDept., I worked with internal teams to copyedit, proof, and manage content for multiple materials supporting the exchange program and open enrollment materials for Fortune 500 clients. As the temporary Assistant Director of Programming and Education for AWM, my responsibilities help maintain the work necessary to ensure the museum's Write In field trip and education program stay on track to serve as many students as possible.I conduct outreach to Chicago and suburban schools to market Write In field trips and maintain relationships with Chicago schools, book, confirm, and supervise field trips at the AWM, maintain records of field trips, and participate in AWM programs as assigned.I have co-created the AWM's Teacher Curated Tour on the museum's app. This tour was made to supplement student field trips and aid teachers with lesson planning in, and outside the classroom.In January, 2020, I increased field trip attendance by 726.1% compared to January 2019.

As an Education Associate for Lincoln Park gallery, Wrightwood 659, I act as a liaison between Tetsuya Ishida's work and gallery guests by greeting visitors, leading guided tours, checking tickets and ID, communicating gallery rules and exhibition information, tracking attendance, and staffing the coat check. In addition, I am working in tandem with the Director of Operations, Exhibitions Manager, and volunteers to interact with visitors and monitor activities in the gallery spaces to ensure the safety of the exhibited art, the facility and all visitors. As well as assisting with gallery upkeep and opening/closing procedures; assisting with setup for events throughout the gallery; engaging in offsite promotional work, and other duties as assigned.

As one of the Education Department interns, I was responsible for assisting with researching for and implementing summer and fall 2016 programming. This included the Chicago History Museum's DebateWatch series, its GeoConvos program, and some of its regular city tours. I also did research in order to keep up to date with current trends in museum programs and education methods. In addition, I supported the rest of museum staff at events like the Members' Open House, July Fourth celebration, and the summer's Family Fun Festival at Millennium Park.

As a contributing writer with Japako Music Magazine, I write reviews of albums, presentations of various artists, and write assigned pieces for the magazine. Japako Music is an international magazine and news site which provides the latest music news from Japan and Korea. The magazine has interviewed artists like Vixx, Topp Dogg, Secret, Saga, Adams and many others.
